Bel Canto is richly aromatic yet beautifully balanced, with ripe citrus, stone fruit, and a touch of honeyed florals. Its vibrant acidity cuts through the creaminess of the goat’s curd, while the gentle sweetness echoes the hot honey and enhances the natural earthiness of the beetroot.
