We rotate all our dishes. We once rotated this dish as we did we everything else & within an hour of the new menu being posted - before we even opened - I had a customer knock on the door and yell (politely) at me to put it back. ‘This is the best Rueben I have ever eaten. Put it back on the menu today.’ Of course it went back, and probably will never leave.
We have been sold out of this burger almost every week in the past 2 months. It has even become a little joke in the kitchen, it’s Sunday night, of course we don’t have any burgers left… Need us say more
